These cookies are quite possibly the easiest dessert you could ever make. No seriously, it doesn't get simpler than this.
What you'll need:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Preheat the oven to 350°.
First you simply mix the three together. No special order, just dump them in a mixing bowl and stir. You can do it by hand or with a mixer, it doesn't really matter either way.

Once it's all mixed, refrigerate the dough in the bowl for forty five minutes to an hour.
Okay, so once it's nice and cool and firm, you can take a little cookie scoop, or a spoon, and just place the cookies on a non-stick cookie sheet, or a pan that you greased.
Using a fork, make little hashmarks on the cookie dough. Don't forget this step, or they come out super funky and gross looking.
After 8-10 minutes in the oven at 350°, the cookies are done. Let them cool, then take them off the sheet and enjoy!
