3 Ingredient Red Velvet Cookies

There is nothing better this time of year than a nice, warm cookie, and the only thing better than that is a really easy to make nice, warm cookie. Here is my rendition of this relatively easy recipe!

What you need:
1/2 cup canola oil
1 box red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
OPTIONAL
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Cream cheese frosting

Instructions:

Mix the 3 (or if you're using chocolate chips 4) ingredients together in a large bowl, I recommend with a wooden spoon.

Pre-heat the oven to 350. Put the bowl in the refrigerator while the oven preheats to let the dough chill.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop small balls on to a cookie sheet (I line mine with wax or parchment paper), place them at least an inch apart.

Bake for 9-12 minutes (mine are always done around 10), let them sit for a minute when they're done, then movie to cooling rack.

Optional: Melt cream cheese frosting and drizzle over the tops using a fork.

And there you have it, what may be the worlds easiest cookies. Enjoy and happy holidays!
